Arsenal recently gave 15-year-old academy player Max Dowman his Premier League debut. Dowman, who had been part of Arsenal's academy, came on as a substitute in a match against Leeds United at the Emirates Stadium, replacing Noni Madueke.

At 15 years and 235 days old, Dowman is the third youngest player to appear in a Premier League game before turning 16, following his teammate Ethan Nwaneri and Jeremy Monga. Dowman impressed during his debut, nearly scoring a goal and winning a penalty that led to a 5-0 victory for Arsenal.

Dowman had previously played in pre-season matches for Arsenal and was included in the squad for their game against Manchester United. Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta also gave Ethan Nwaneri his Premier League debut at a young age.

Despite his early success, caution has been advised regarding Dowman's future potential. Figures like Declan Rice and Ashley Cole have emphasized the importance of hard work and managing expectations for young players like Dowman.
