Barcelona mural vandalized with Seven Dwarfs graffiti after star's birthday party
A mural of Barcelona footballer Lamine Yamal has been vandalized, with references to dwarfism. The mural, created by Plaza Joanic, was revealed last month to honor Yamal's 18th birthday. Yamal is depicted as Superman with an 'L' on his chest. Recent images show the mural has been damaged, confirmed by journalist Edu Polo.
Polo reported that the mural of Lamine Yamal in Joanic has been defaced with images of the Seven Dwarfs from Snow White. Last month, photos surfaced of dwarves and scantily-clad women allegedly paid to attend Yamal's birthday party, which drew criticism for exploiting individuals with dwarfism and objectifying women.
Yamal's 18th birthday party, attended by around 200 people, including friends and teammates, faced scrutiny for reportedly exploiting individuals with dwarfism and objectifying women. Calls were made for a government investigation into the event, which had a Mafia theme and controversial elements.
Spanish model Claudio Calvo disclosed that she was approached to attend the party and claimed organizers sought to hire 12 blonde women with specific breast sizes. Calvo stated that the women were offered payment but were not informed of the event's details. She decided not to attend after receiving the demands, expressing concerns about the expectations set by the organizers.
