Chelsea narrowly clinches thrilling Carabao Cup win over Wolves, advances to quarter-finals.

Chelsea held off a spirited Wolves comeback to secure a spot in the Carabao Cup quarter-finals. The match ended with a 4-3 victory for Chelsea.

In the first half, Chelsea quickly took the lead with goals from Andrey Santos, Tyrique George, and Estevao. The atmosphere at Molineux turned tense, with chants against manager Vitor Pereira.

Despite Liam Delap's return from injury being cut short by a red card, a goal by Jamie Bynoe-Gittens seemed to seal Chelsea's win. However, Wolves scored again, leading to a frantic finish that Chelsea managed to withstand.

Wolves fought back in the second half with goals from Tolu Arokodare and David Moller Wolfe. Chelsea, with 10 changes in the lineup, faced a tough challenge but ultimately held on to progress to the next round of the cup.
