Archie Manning stated that Arch Manning is expected to join Texas next season. There is a discussion on whether Arch Manning should consider skipping the 2026 Draft.

During the first preseason game of 2025, Indianapolis quarterback Anthony Richardson got injured when he was sacked by Baltimore Ravens' David Ojabo.

Ojabo tackled Richardson, causing a potential finger injury. Richardson left the game and was replaced by Daniel Jones.

Jones continued as quarterback for the team's next offensive series. Richardson managed to lead the Colts to a field goal on his initial drive.

Indianapolis had planned for Richardson to start and play 1½ quarters, with Jones taking over for the remaining half quarter.
