Deion Sanders has sparked rumors of a romantic relationship with Karrueche Tran after she was seen by his side in the hospital before his recent bladder surgery. Sanders, 57, shared that he had to have his bladder removed earlier this year due to a cancer diagnosis. The Colorado football coach and NFL icon confirmed that he is now cancer-free after doctors successfully removed the tumor and created a new bladder.

In a video posted on the family's YouTube channel, 'Well Off Media,' Sanders is shown in his hospital room before the surgery, with Tran, 37, visibly upset beside him. Tran explained the situation emotionally, stating they were dealing with bladder cancer and that Sanders was having his bladder removed to prevent the cancer from returning.

Tran and Sanders have been linked for some time, having been seen together on a lunch date earlier this year. Tran's previous relationships include dating Chris Brown and a longer-term relationship with former NFL star Victor Cruz. Sanders, on the other hand, has been married twice and was previously engaged to Tracey Edmonds.

During a press conference with his doctor, Sanders expressed gratitude for being cancer-free and praised Dr. Janet Kukreja for guiding him through the process. Sanders emphasized his appreciation for the support he received during his health journey.
