Elon Musk stops following MAGA allies in anger over Jeffrey Epstein client list secrecy.

Elon Musk has removed several Trump administration allies from his social media following tensions over the Jeffrey Epstein case. The dispute escalated after Attorney General Pam Bondi stated that an Epstein 'client list' did not exist, contrary to her previous claims.

Musk expressed anger over Bondi's remarks and unfollowed her on his social media account. He also unfollowed Fox News, which had supported Bondi's investigation. The disagreement stemmed from Trump's promise to reveal the truth about Epstein's crimes and death.

Musk further removed other Trump allies from his social media, criticizing the administration for not taking action against individuals involved in Epstein's crimes. He suggested that the lack of action was to protect those on the alleged client list.

In a previous conflict with Trump over the Big Beautiful Bill, Musk had claimed that the president was mentioned in the Epstein files. Musk later apologized for the post but now implicates former Trump advisor Steve Bannon in the files.

Trump dismissed questions about Epstein during a Cabinet meeting, with his supporters demanding answers from Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel. Musk's relationship with Trump deteriorated further, leading to Musk's plan to launch a new political party challenging Republicans in the 2026 midterm elections.
