Hacker's Clown Music Derails Education Secretary at Student Event

Former Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker, president of the Young America's Foundation, attributed interruptions during Education Secretary Linda McMahon's speech at a conservative student conference to the Chinese Communist Party and liberals.

McMahon, a controversial Cabinet pick of President Donald Trump, was speaking at the Young America's Foundation's annual Conservative Student Conference when circus music and voice clips disrupted her remarks, likely due to an audio system hack.

As McMahon was speaking, a voice from the speakers criticized her, causing a moment of surprise. Walker, moderating the discussion, jokingly suggested the Chinese Communist Party's involvement in the audio disruption.

Following the incident, McMahon commented on the feedback, while Walker implied that liberal Senators might have collaborated with the CCP to interfere with the event.

The responsible party for the audio system hack was not immediately identified. Despite ongoing interruptions, McMahon continued her speech, addressing topics like Trump's leadership style.

Walker highlighted the attempts to silence conservative voices on college campuses, emphasizing the resilience of the students and McMahon in the face of disruptions.

Linda McMahon, who previously led the Small Business Administration, faced opposition from the National Education Association for her nomination as Secretary of Education. A civil lawsuit in October 2024 accused the McMahons of allowing a culture of sexual abuse at WWE, which they have denied, with the case still ongoing.
