Lauren Sanchez's Missing Wedding Dress Sparks Mystery
One of Lauren Sanchez's 27 wedding dresses has disappeared after her $20 million wedding to Jeff Bezos in Venice, Italy. Initial reports suggested it was stolen by a well-dressed party crasher, but this is now doubted, and no police reports have been made. The missing dress is not the white Dolce & Gabbana gown Lauren wore for the wedding.
Lauren shared a photo on Instagram after the wedding, wearing a rose pink Atelier Versace gown designed by Donatella Versace. The dress featured pleats, floral sleeves, a tight bodice, high neckline, a long flowing skirt with a large train, and front buttons. She also wore the same dress for a pre-wedding photoshoot with Vogue magazine in Milan, Italy.
During the dress fitting, Lauren described feeling like a princess and the powerful moment of putting on the gown for the first time. She mentioned that Jeff wanted to see her in the dress before the wedding, but she kept it a surprise. On her wedding day, she posted behind-the-scenes photos of the gown taken by Nicolas Geradin, showcasing its dramatic silhouette.
Lauren also wore a rose pink Atelier Versace gown for her final wedding party, which was made of silk chiffon and hand-embroidered with rose gold, bronze, and gold Swarovski crystals. She accessorized with a jewel-encrusted clutch bag that read 'Mrs. Bezos' in clear diamonds, displaying her new marital status to the world.
