Marcus Rashford set to dedicate himself to Man United amid interest from Barcelona and Bayern Munich.

Marcus Rashford is set to join Manchester United's pre-season training at Carrington on Monday. He returns to the club after a loan spell at Aston Villa in the previous season due to a disagreement with United's manager, Ruben Amorim. The club will decide whether to reintegrate Rashford into the squad, sell him, or loan him out again, pending the player's agreement.

Sources close to Rashford indicate his willingness to return to the club and give his best during training. Despite uncertainty about his future, the 27-year-old plans to participate fully in United's pre-season activities. The team's pre-season schedule includes friendlies against Leeds, West Ham, Bournemouth, and Everton, culminating in a match against Fiorentina on August 9.

During a three-week holiday near Marbella, Rashford has been maintaining his fitness with personal trainers. His market value is estimated at £40 million, but negotiations will need to consider his substantial weekly salary of £315,000. While talks with Barcelona have occurred, a loan move might be preferred. Bayern Munich has also been linked with interest in Rashford.

There has been no direct communication between United and Rashford's representatives regarding talks with other clubs. Similarly, there has been no contact between Amorim and Rashford since the player was dropped over alleged attitude issues during training. Rashford's situation is reminiscent of Jadon Sancho's experience, who reconciled with United last year after a falling out with the manager and subsequently went on loan to Chelsea.

Sancho, who is also returning for pre-season training, previously paid a £5 million penalty to Chelsea for not making his loan deal permanent. Alongside Rashford, Antony and Tyrell Malacia, who were on loan at Real Betis and PSV Eindhoven, respectively, will also join the training session at Carrington.
