McAfee & Taft Welcomes Brennan Barger to Labor & Employment Team

McAfee & Taft, Oklahoma's largest law firm, has welcomed trial attorney and former federal law clerk Brennan T. Barger to its highly regarded Labor & Employment Group. Barger's practice focuses on representing employers and management in labor and employment law matters, including litigation in state and federal courts, arbitration proceedings, and before regulatory agencies.

A part of Barger's work involves representing clients in complex business and commercial disputes. He started his career as a civil litigation associate at an Oklahoma-based law firm and most recently served as a law clerk to the Honorable Scott L. Palk, a district judge in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma for over two years.

Barger graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2020 and currently sits on the University of Oklahoma College of Law Young Alumni Board.
