Michael Madsen praises Alec Baldwin, criticizes Johnny Depp in last interview.

Michael Madsen, known for his roles in Quentin Tarantino films like Reservoir Dogs and Kill Bill, has passed away at 67.

In what is believed to be his final interview, Madsen spoke with Stephen Baldwin on the One Big Movie podcast. During the chat, he praised Alec Baldwin and jokingly criticized Johnny Depp as 'overrated.'

Madsen mentioned losing his movie poster collection in the 2018 Woolsey Fire in Malibu after admiring Baldwin's posters. When asked what he had been up to, Madsen humorously replied, 'Just trying to stay employed.'

Alec Baldwin joined the conversation, and they shared anecdotes from filming The Getaway in 1994, including a mysterious bathroom incident that hinted at something possibly illegal.

In another segment, Madsen recalled a humorous exchange where Alec Baldwin jokingly warned Kim Basinger not to talk to him on set, saying, 'Take your hands out of Madsen's pants.'

Madsen also discussed working with Al Pacino and Johnny Depp in Donnie Brasco, mentioning a brief but intriguing meeting with Pacino in New York City.

He described working with Depp as challenging, noting a lack of chemistry and a prank involving locking Depp in his dressing room with a wind-up rat.

Madsen candidly shared his opinion that Depp's acting was 'boring' and 'lifeless,' leading to a strained relationship between them.

The actor also recounted an incident where he was beaten up in the bathroom of Depp's Viper Room, with a bouncer relaying Depp's message that he thought Madsen loved him.
