NFL Removes Video of Justin Herbert's Offensive Gesture Before Beating Raiders
NFL Deletes Video Showing Chargers QB Justin Herbert Making Offensive Gesture
The NFL removed a video on Monday night featuring Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert making an offensive gesture at Allegiant Stadium, home of the Raiders.
In the video, Herbert was seen walking back to his team's locker room before the game, where he appeared to subtly flash a middle finger by his side.
After fans quickly noticed the gesture, the NFL deleted the clip from their platform.
During the game, Herbert had a strong performance, throwing for 242 yards and two touchdowns, leading the Chargers to a 20-9 victory over the Raiders.
On the other hand, Raiders quarterback Geno Smith struggled, throwing three interceptions and only managing 180 passing yards on 43 attempts.
The Chargers will face the Broncos next, aiming to maintain their undefeated record, while the Raiders will play against the Washington Commanders.
