NFL Ticket Prices Dip in 2025; Eagles Priciest
The NFL season has begun, with the Philadelphia Eagles, the reigning Super Bowl champions, having the most sought-after tickets.
According to StubHub data, the Eagles' average home game ticket price for the 2025 season is $475, the highest in the league. In contrast, the Cleveland Browns have the cheapest home ticket prices at an average of $158 each.
Leaguewide, the average ticket prices have slightly decreased from $289 last season to $279 this year. However, these prices may fluctuate during the season.
The Dallas Cowboys are the most popular NFL team on StubHub for the fifth time since 2017. They have sold 40% more tickets before the season than the next most popular team, the Buffalo Bills. Eighty percent of the Cowboys' ticket buyers are from out-of-state, a more than 20% increase from last season.
StubHub spokesperson Adam Budelli noted that the Cowboys' popularity reflects how modern sports fandom goes beyond the game itself. He mentioned that recent Cowboys content, such as documentaries and series, has attracted new fans to the sport.
Teams like the Bills, Miami Dolphins, and Washington Commanders have seen increased demand, entering the top five most in-demand teams this season. The Las Vegas Raiders, who were second last season, are now the fourth most in-demand team.
The Eagles and Cowboys game at Lincoln Financial Field on Thursday night is the most expensive to attend in Week 1, with an average ticket price of $708. On the other hand, the Cardinals-Saints game at the Caesars Superdome on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET has the lowest average ticket price for Week 1 at $102.
