Oceania Cruises Introduces Gérard Bertrand Food and Wine Pairing Experience
Oceania Cruises will introduce an exclusive Gérard Bertrand Food and Wine Pairing lunch experience on its Allura™ ship's inaugural voyage starting July 18, 2025. The experience will later be available on Oceania Vista® in September and on Oceania Marina™ and Oceania Riviera™ by 2026. This new offering is part of Oceania Cruises' collection of experiential activities aimed at enhancing guests' food and wine experiences during their sea journeys.
The six-course lunch pairs delicious dishes with hand-picked Gérard Bertrand wines, known for their sustainable artistry and French winemaking tradition. The menu is designed to explore unique flavor combinations and regional wine varieties, creating an extraordinary culinary experience for guests.
Guided by Oceania Cruises' expert chefs and sommeliers, the Gérard Bertrand Food and Wine Pairing experience takes place in the cruise line's French restaurant, Jacques, accommodating up to 40 guests. Priced at $175 per person (plus gratuities), the lunch is available on select days during each voyage, catering to both wine connoisseurs and novices.
This culinary experience aims to transport guests to the vineyards of the South of France, showcasing Gérard Bertrand's award-winning wines crafted using organic and biodynamic methods. It reflects Oceania Cruises' commitment to providing immersive and meaningful culinary experiences for its guests.
