Ingram suggested that Franklin might be the first to move on due to Penn State's recent struggles, including losses to top-ranked teams and being unranked after a defeat by UCLA. Meanwhile, Texas Longhorns, who also reached the College Football Playoff semifinals last season, are now unranked with a 3-2 record. Manning, a standout recruit in the Class of 2023, is in his debut season as the Longhorns' starting quarterback, showcasing both passing and rushing skills.
