Dancing With the Stars' Dedication Night focused on honoring loved ones of the contestants. Each of the 10 remaining contestants invited a special person to join their dance routines, showcasing various styles like Contemporary, Foxtrot, Jive, Salsa, and Viennese Waltz.

Former DWTS pro and two-time champion Kym Johnson-Herjavec returned as a guest judge. The highest scores of the night went to Dylan and Daniella, receiving four nines from all judges. Other strong performances came from Robert and Witney, Alix and Val, and Whitney and Mark Ballas. Andy and Emma received the lowest scores of the night with sixes.

The night featured various performances dedicated to loved ones, with each dance receiving scores and feedback from the judges. Notably, no couple was eliminated during Week 5 of the competition.

Other performances included Whitney Leavitt and Mark Ballas's Contemporary, Jen Affleck and Jan Ravnik's Viennese Waltz, Dylan Efron and Daniella Karagach's Contemporary, Jordan Chiles and Ezra Sosa's Viennese Waltz, Scott Hoying and Rylee Arnold's Foxtrot, Danielle Fishel and Pasha Pashkov's Jive, and Alix Earle and Val Chmerkovskiy's Contemporary.
