Scott Wolf's Estranged Wife Claims Mistreatment During Involuntary Hold

Kelley, the estranged wife of actor Scott Wolf, has alleged that she was placed under an involuntary mental health hold by police, whom she accuses of mistreating her. Last month, Kelley shared a video of what seemed like her arrest in Utah, but she was actually taken to a hospital by the police. She took to Instagram to make claims against the Summit County Police Department, stating that she was mistreated during a seven-day involuntary hold after being taken from Sundance.

Kelley alleged that she was mistreated by the police, claiming she was thrown down the stairs and suffered injuries including a broken wrist and contusions on her head. She also shared a photo of her bruised arm. The Summit County Police Department clarified that they were not involved in any response to Sundance Resort on July 6, as the resort is not located in Summit County.

In a social media post, Kelley mentioned being taken from Sundance on July 6 and placed on an involuntary hold at Summit County Behavioral Health. She expressed her need for help and her desire to have her kids back. Kelley is the mother of Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11. The Summit County Police Department confirmed that they had no involvement in the incident at Sundance Resort on July 6.

Scott Wolf had filed for a restraining order against Kelley on June 25 in Utah. Kelley reiterated her love for her children and her plea for help in subsequent posts. She also posted a picture of her children with a message signed "Momma." Kelley's brother-in-law, Michael Wolf, submitted a declaration in the matter, expressing concern for the children.

Wolf had filed for divorce from Kelley on June 9 after 21 years of marriage. Both parties have made statements regarding the divorce, emphasizing their children as their top priority. Kelley had previously been detained by police following concerning comments she made. She was later placed under an involuntary hold, a critical intervention for individuals deemed a danger to themselves or others due to a mental disorder.
