Shuttle Service for Coldplay Concerts in Hull
A shuttle bus service named Yellow will be available during Coldplay's concerts in Hull next month. The band is scheduled to perform at Craven Park on Monday, August 18, and Tuesday, August 19, as part of their Music of the Spheres World Tour. These concerts are the only UK dates on the tour apart from Wembley in London.
Stagecoach East Midlands will run the Yellow shuttle service between Hull Interchange and Preston Road for Craven Park. Matt Cranwell, the managing director of the bus company, stated that they aim to provide an excellent service to meet the travel needs of local residents.
Tickets for the Coldplay Day Shuttle will cost £6 if purchased through the Stagecoach App before July 31. After this date, the price will increase to £9. The shuttle service will run frequently between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm BST. After the event, the same service will transport people back to Hull City Centre starting at 10:00 pm.
Additionally, Stagecoach will manage a park and ride with various shuttle services on August 18 and 19 from Priory Park, Henry Boot Way, in Hull. Tickets for this service will cost £20, with buses departing every 10 minutes between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Return shuttles will be available from 10:00 pm.
Mr. Cranwell expressed the company's excitement in contributing to these events for the city and region, as many of their team members are big Coldplay fans. More details about the shuttle services will be provided closer to the event.
