
Teen in Paris Arrested for Keanu Harker Murder
A 17-year-old boy has been arrested in Paris on suspicion of murder in connection with the killing of Keanu Harker, 18, who was found with gunshot injuries on Great Cambridge Road in Enfield, north London, on June 26. Mr. Harker died in the hospital.
The arrest in Paris followed an international arrest warrant issued for the boy. The Metropolitan Police stated that extradition proceedings will begin soon. An 18-year-old girl was also arrested on the same day in London on suspicion of assisting an offender and remains in custody.
Several arrests have been made in relation to Mr. Harker's death. A 17-year-old boy was arrested on June 29 and charged with murder on June 30. Eliezer Mbike, 25, of Oulton Road, Tottenham, was arrested and charged on June 30 with perverting the course of justice. A trial is scheduled to take place at the Old Bailey in May.
Additionally, a 39-year-old man was arrested on July 24 on suspicion of conspiracy to murder. He has been bailed to return in September for further inquiries.
