Three Top Chefs Vie in Finals Week.

Finals week is ongoing on MasterChef: The Professionals, with three chefs vying for the title. The remaining contestants will cook for renowned chef Ahmet Dede in Baltimore, County Cork, Ireland, at his Michelin-starred restaurant, Dede. The chefs will create dishes that blend Turkish and Irish influences, reflecting Ahmet's personal memories and culinary style.

Chef Ahmet will showcase some of his favorite dishes, such as a special kebab and a recipe fusing Irish beef with Ottoman flavors, in an outdoor kitchen. The finalists will then head to Inish Beg, a private island estate, to prepare lunch for Ahmet's family and friends. They will use local ingredients and Ahmet's Turkish favorites to create dishes inspired by the masterclass.

The finalists will face the challenge of cooking in outdoor kitchens on the island, dealing with live flames and unpredictable Irish weather. They will also assist Ahmet's team during a lunch service, each responsible for two dishes from Dede's tasting menu, including a dessert honoring his daughter. Judges Marcus, Monica, and Gregg will evaluate the dishes against Michelin standards as the competition nears its end.
